| Hello guys, let me give you the details on how to travel from the airport to your hotel in Mijas: When you exit the the terminal at Malaga airport, cross the road and go to the elevator in front of you, go to the second level, which is departure and follow the signs for the train, the station is a short walk 5 minutes. At the train station you take the train direction Fuengirola, which leaves every 4 and 34 minutes past the hour. A single fair cost approx. € 2,50 to Fuengirola, you can get the tickets at the machine ( 2 ) at the station. When you are at the platform you do want to take the train which comes from your left and goes to the right, that would be the direction of Fuengirola. ( for those who have problems reading, look right and left, there you go) Arriving at Fuengirola you need your ticket to exit and you want to take the stairs on your right, now you have 2 options, take the Taxi to Hotel Mijas, which is in Mijas Pueblo, which will cost approx. € 15 euros. or you can take the public bus up to Mijas Pueblo. The bus station you can find 75 meters on your right, cross the street walk on and you will find the bus station, you need the 122 to Mijas, which is on the far side of the station. if you are travelling with more then 1, the taxi would be a good option see you all on the 23rd, davidDavid Fredriksz - dafit@me.com |
